picture of who the islamic militants are. the latest on the investigation, good morning. >> the death toll has risen to at least 359 following those deadly attacks, suicide bombings on churches and luxury hotels in sri lanka on easter sunday is more suspects have been arrested. there were people on the run believed to have explosives. we don't know the authenticity of this but apparently reportedly shows one of the suicide bombers in one of the hotels. isis has of course claimed responsibility for these attacks, the sri lankan government is conducting extensive investigations and it is getting foreign assistance into the investigations and the

julie: details about the isis inspired bombings in sri lanka on easter sunday, officials saying they cannot rule out that another attack could be on the way. the attackers pledge of allegiance to isis and putting the country and lockdown. joining me with more is brett villa cove which, thank you for joining us. you warned us about this possibility last week. >> exactly and we have a big problem. isis no longer holds territory locations like syria. we can no longer definitively pinpoint the location of many isis fighters around the globe and that unfortunately means more attacks like this will occur in the future. you and i were talking about the possibility last week and the fact is many battle hardened

isis fighters have assimilated back into society, returned home from the war in syria and looking for attacks in their own country and the attacks in sri lanka are perfect example of this. many people are wondering why a group, the mystic terrorist group which is known for vandalizing buddhist statues was able to pull off such an attack when people didn't know who they were and this is one of the worst attacks since 9/11 and this is because they had help. during the war in syria we had a lot of unknown groups in locations likes a longer going to gain experience in syria was one big on-the-job training. heather: as you are discussing that i want to pull up a map of the terror organizations you are

talking about the pledged allegiance to isis and continue what you were saying, look at the number of groups. to slip through the front lines of war and assimilate into society and prepare for attacks in the future but what disturbs me most about this attack in sri lanka was intelligence authorities had information they could have used to stop these attacks and they failed to heed warnings from india's intelligence service who captured and isis fighters who provided information regarding one of the suicide bombers in this attack. they provided information that isis fighter had trained these guys and send them back to sri lanka. there is negligence on the part of the sri lankan intelligence authorities and their failure to share this information properly.

heather: we are showing images of the video released from eight of these attackers specifically in sri lanka pledging allegiance to isis and also baghdadi, we need to find and capture him. >> baghdadi is still out there, many fight is still pledging allegiance and sending letters so a strong indication he was still alive even though we haven't heard from him in quite some time. a lot of these unknown groups and experience in syria but baghdadi knowing what i know about him is still out there, we may see him wind up on another part of the battlefield outside of syria, even north africa or other locations but more groups will pledge of allegiance because it is giving them the connections and ability to conduct other attacks like this. heather: we mentioned the importance of calling things

what they are before when it comes to radical terrorism, radical muslims. this became an issue in terms of the sri lanka attack. the mainstream media seem to go above and beyond not to for 2 christians. look at cbs nbc the first day on the monday before the attack. abc did not mention christians at all. cbs and nbc mentioned it once. what is the significance of that. >> we must speak forcibly against the hateful ideology that allows it to breed and terrorism. the pc foreign-policy establishment in washington would have you believe terrorist incidents are isolated and it is not reflective of the truth, the problem is radical islamic extremists who distorted their

here to debate is kimberly clay sick and kimberly wu. thank you for joining us. i will start with you. what do you think? should convicted terrorists be able to vote? >> absolutely not politically way to describe why bernie sanders with the boston bomber should have a right to vote while incarcerated to me, a terrorist sympathizer is the only way you can describe it. he killed in a-year-old boy. once you become a murderer, once you become a serial rapist and your behind bars you should give up your civil liberties. and especially the rights my ancestors had to fight for. no one gave women the right to vote or black people the right to vote. we had to fight for them. if bernie sanders is concerned with the voting system he should push voter id laws to stop voter fraud.

heather: kathy? >> people fought for the right for minorities to vote, for everyone to vote over the age of 18. bernie sanders was saying this is a democracy and everyone should be allowed to vote. every state - heather: allow felons to vote? felons like tsarnaev who tried to take away your right to vote, he should be able to vote? >> this -- he is a horrible person. he shouldn't be allowed to vote but felons are allowed to vote in this country except in 12 states. in maine and vermont they are allowed. some states allow it. >> it doesn't make logical sense to enforce anything like this.

heather: who is he trying to cater to in terms of who he wants to vote for him? >> honestly this is another democratic strategy to get every vote they possibly can, like illegal votes. of this is their strategy moving into 2020 i would like to thank them for an easy win for republicans. bernie sanders, if he really cared, could start with the fact that many felons after they pay their debt to society and reenter they are still not able to vote but he thinks people incarcerated should be able to vote. he should start their first. heather: he even lost share on this one. she has since deleted but she says this, does bernie sanders really believe people in prison who are murderers, rapists and child molesters, boston bomber still deserve the right to vote?
